Requirements for participating in any Conference
The application for participating in any conference need to cover these outlines:
The application should reach to VP office a month prior the conference date. This assumes that application has been already been approved by department’s scientific committee.
The accurate title of the conference
The date and place of the conference
The relevance and scientific / technological importance of organising the conference
Financial implication on Koya University
Number of National and International delegates expected to participate.
If so, complete details of participants from these countries such as name, parentage, nationality,
Date and place of birth,
If International conference then passport number, date and place of issue, validity, addresses etc.
Clarify the program and subjects of the conference.
Table on general expense of participating in the conference.
Attach a copy of the approved article.
The article must be either follow the standard approved style of the conference or the one by Koya University.
The participant should have permission to present their paper at the conference. Only paper or poster publishing is not eligible for any financial support.
Each candidate is allowed to attend only at ONE sponsored conferences during an academic year.
On return the candidate need to prepare a seminar on their actual topic and experienced again of such a conference attendance. Such seminar will be open for everyone.
On return a report needs to be prepared and presented to Koya University. A copy of this report will be sent to MHE, Dr Najdat Sabri Aqraey, based on request (#12671/9, issued on 18/06/2012).
If the participant doesn’t have any article for the conference, they should attend the conference at their own expense.

ژماره‌ی شانده نه‌ته‌وه‌یی و نێوده‌وڵه‌تیه‌كان كه پێشبینی ده‌كرێت به‌شداری بكه‌ن له‌م كۆنفرانسه.
